Developer | UI/UX Enthusiast
Hey there! I'm Jan, a 17-year-old IT student from Kraków with a passion for code, design, and community work. I'm currently studying at Technical College #25, working towards becoming a programmer, and I've been coding since 2019. My journey started with Godot and GDScript, and since then I've explored various languages and technologies.
Right now, I'm focusing on React and JavaScript, but I'm also passionate about UI/UX Design—creating interfaces that look good and feel intuitive. I'm fascinated by AI Agent Development and plan to specialize in building intelligent systems in the future. I love the intersection of technology, design, and user experience.
Beyond coding, I'm deeply involved in community work. I serve as a councilor and chair of the Media Commission at Młodzieżowa Rada Krakowa (Youth Council of Kraków), managing our team's communication and social media. I've also worked as a video editor and producer at beGame.pl for over 2 years, creating promotional content and animations. Recently, I became a User Support Specialist at Zwolnieni z Teorii, where I mentor students through their social projects.
I was the project leader for Rock N' Aid Kraków Underground Festival, a charity concert that earned the Bronze Wolf award. The event featured local rock bands and raised funds for SOS Children's Villages—proving that music and community can create real impact.
Whether it's designing a seamless user interface, debugging tricky code, or organizing a community event, I approach every challenge with curiosity and determination. I'm also a capoeira practitioner of 6 years—discipline, rhythm, and creativity are part of who I am.
As I mentioned in the <About me> section, my main focus right now is React and JavaScript, along with UI/UX Design. I'm passionate about creating beautiful, user-friendly interfaces and I'm exploring AI Agent Development as a future specialization. I've worked with various languages and technologies over the years—here's a quick rundown of my programming skills:
Programming skills are great, but having strong soft skills is just as important when collaborating with others. Here are some of the non-technical skills I bring to the table:
While my main passion is coding, I've gained valuable experience in video production, social media management, and youth leadership. These roles have taught me collaboration, project management, and creative problem-solving—skills that complement my technical work.
Mentoring students through their social projects, verifying forms, providing feedback, and ensuring smooth communication between participants and the organizational team.
Leading the team responsible for communication, social media, and public image. Creating content, graphics, and event coverage while organizing youth initiatives.
Editing promotional videos, recording footage, creating animations and graphics, voice-over work, and collaborating on creative concepts and scripts for marketing materials.
Planning content for social media, collaborating with graphic and marketing teams, creating publication schedules, writing engaging posts, and analyzing campaign results.
